At Highway Thunder, we work with trusted fulfillment partners to deliver DOT-approved motorcycle helmets safely and quickly to riders across Canada and the United States.
Where We Ship
We currently ship to addresses in Canada and the United States only. We are not able to accept orders for delivery to other countries at this time.
Shipping Rates
- Canada: $34.99 CAD on orders under $200. FREE shipping on orders of $200 CAD or more.
- United States: $24.99 CAD (shown in USD at checkout) on orders under $200 CAD. FREE shipping on orders of $200 CAD or more.
Prices for United States customers are displayed in US dollars. The free shipping threshold is converted to USD at checkout using the current exchange rate.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number.
Delivery Times
Delivery time depends on your location and the carrier. Your tracking link will show the most up-to-date delivery estimate.
Taxes, Duties and Cross-Border Orders
Applicable sales taxes are calculated at checkout. Orders that cross the Canada–United States border may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees charged by customs or the carrier. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.
Multiple Shipments
Some orders may ship in more than one package depending on product availability or warehouse location. You will receive tracking information for each package.
Delays
Delivery times may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, weather, or high shipping volumes.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of the expected delivery date. Include your order number and, for damaged items, photos of the product, the shipping box, and the shipping label. See our Refund Policy for more details.
